After working in different setting within the NHS Jennifer truely believes that more older people could prevent a hospital admssion, given the correct support at home to improve their functional wellbeing.

Jennifer feels strongly that all people no matter what age they are should be given the opportunity to promote their functional independence and that a patients own environment is the optimum place for therapy intervention.
